How do you disconnect the motor for drivers side automatic seat belt on a 1995 Mercury Villager as it will not shut off nor move belt?

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the plastic trim panel on the driver's side kick panel.

3. Locate the seat belt motor. It is located behind the kick panel, near the floor.

4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the seat belt motor.

5. Remove the two bolts that hold the seat belt motor in place.

6. Disconnect the seat belt.

7. Tuck the seat belt behind the trim panel and reinstall the trim panel.

8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
