1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove the serpentine belt.
4. Remove the radiator shroud.
5. Loosen the fan clutch nut with a wrench.
6. Use a fan clutch puller to remove the fan clutch.
Here are some additional tips:
* Be careful not to drop the fan clutch onto the radiator.
* If the fan clutch is stuck, you may need to use a penetrating oil to loosen it.
* Be sure to reinstall the fan clutch in the correct orientation.
Once you have removed the fan clutch, you can replace it with a new one. Be sure to tighten the fan clutch nut to the specified torque.
