Where do you put the brake lubricant for brakes?

For disc brakes:

1. Remove the wheel: Loosen the lug nuts and remove the wheel to access the brake components

2. Apply brake cleaner to remove any dirt and debris: Spray the brake cleaner onto the brake pads, rotors, and calipers

3. Apply a thin coat of brake lubricant: Use a brush to apply a thin coat of brake lubricant to the surface of the brake pads and the contact points with the rotors

4. Reinstall the wheel: After applying the lubricant reinstall the wheel and tighten the lug nuts before lowering your car.

For drum brakes:

1. Remove the drum cover: Remove the drum cover to access the brake components

2. Clean the brake parts: Clean the brake shoes, drums, and other components using a brake cleaner

3. Apply brake grease: Apply a small amount of brake grease to the contact points between the brake shoes and the drums

4. Reinstall the drum cover: After applying the lubricant, reinstall the drum cover and secure it appropriately.
