How do you replace a headlight bulb on 2007 Mitsubishi endeavor?

Tools and Materials:

- Philips Head Screwdriver

- Flat Head Screwdriver

- Replacement H1 High Beam bulb

- Replacement H7 Low Beam bulb

Instructions:

1. Open the Hood:

- Pull the hood release lever inside your vehicle.

- Go to the front of the vehicle and lift the hood.

2. Locate the Headlight Assembly:

- The headlight assembly is located behind the front bumper. You will see a black plastic housing with a clear lens cover.

3. Remove the Headlight Assembly:

- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that secure the headlight assembly in place.

- Once the screws are removed, carefully pull the headlight assembly straight out from the vehicle.

4. Disconnect the Electrical Connector:

- There will be an electrical connector attached to the back of the headlight assembly.

- Press the release tab on the connector and disconnect it.

5. Remove the Old Headlight Bulb:

- Locate the old headlight bulb. It is held in place by a metal spring clip.

- Use a flat head screwdriver to pry the spring clip open.

- Remove the old headlight bulb from the socket.

6. Insert the New Headlight Bulb:

- Insert the new headlight bulb into the socket.

- Make sure the bulb is properly seated.

7. Secure the Spring Clip:

- Use the flat head screwdriver to pry the spring clip closed. This will secure the new headlight bulb in place.

8. Reconnect the Electrical Connector:

- Reconnect the electrical connector that you disconnected earlier.

9. Reinstall the Headlight Assembly:

- Carefully align the headlight assembly with the slots on the vehicle.

- Insert the two screws that you removed earlier and tighten them securely.

10. Close the Hood:

- Close the hood of the vehicle.

11. Test the Headlights:

- Turn on the headlights to make sure the new bulbs are working properly.

Repeat the process for the other headlight if needed.
