2. Insert the key into the ignition key cylinder and turn it to the "ON" position.
3. Locate the release clip. It is a small, black plastic clip that is located on the bottom of the ignition key cylinder.
4. Push down on the release clip while turning the key to the "OFF" position. The ignition lock cylinder will pop out of the dashboard.
5. Pull the ignition lock cylinder out of the dashboard. You may need to use a screwdriver to pry it out.
6. Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the ignition lock cylinder.
7. Install the new ignition lock cylinder. Reverse the steps above to install the new ignition lock cylinder.
