Superglue is not resistant to gasoline, and it can quickly be dissolved by the gasoline.
To fix a plastic gas tank, you should use a special epoxy resin that is specifically designed for use on plastics. Epoxies are much more resistant to gasoline and will provide a more permanent repair.
