* Socket wrench set
* Phillips head screwdriver
* Flat head screwdriver
* Pliers
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Locate the starter motor on the driver's side of the engine. It is attached to the transmission bell housing.
3. Remove the two nuts that hold the starter motor to the transmission bell housing.
4. Remove the electrical wires from the starter motor.
5. Remove the starter motor from the car.
Tips:
* Make sure that you have the correct size socket wrench to remove the nuts that hold the starter motor in place.
* Be careful not to drop the starter motor when removing it from the car.
* If you have any difficulty removing the starter motor, you may need to use a pry bar or a breaker bar.
