After pulling the rear deck trunk release on 2009 VW CC how do you reset emergency handle back in its original place allowing lid to catch as close deck?

2. Locate the release lever for the emergency handle. It is usually located on the left or right side of the trunk.

3. Pull the release lever and the handle will pop out.

4. Re-insert the handle and push it in until it clicks into place.

5. Close the trunk.
