1. Find the Release button on the side of the glovebox: Typically, this button is located on the right-hand side of the glove box and has a small arrow or other indicator.
2. Ensure the button is pulled out: Press and pull the release button outward as much as possible, and check to see if it has released.
3. Try manually closing and reopening glovebox: Once you have pulled the lever, try to manually close and reopen the glove box to determine whether the release is still stuck.
4. Insert a flat-head screwdriver: If this doesn't work, insert a flat-head screwdriver into the small slot next to the release button and gently pry it open.
