- Use a pry tool to remove the triangular cover located behind the door handle and behind the door lock assembly.
- Remove the two T25 Torx screws that are exposed under the now removed cover.
- Remove the five Phillips-head screws that secure the door panel around the door handle.
- Remove the two Phillips-head screws in the door pull, and pry up on it to remove.
- Gently pry the door panel along its edge to release the plastic clips that secure it, then lift the door panel upwards and off.
2. Disconnect the door handle cable.
- Locate the door handle cable inside the door.
- Disconnect the door handle cable from the outer door handle by pushing the small plastic pin on the end.
3. Remove the outer door handle.
- Remove the two T25 Torx screws that hold the door handle in place.
- Gently pull the outer door handle out from the door.
4. Reinstall the outer door handle.
- To reinstall the outer door handle, simply reverse the removal procedure.
