There is no fuel pump reset button on a 2001 Chevy Express (or any other vehicle for that matter). Fuel pump issues are usually addressed by replacing the fuel pump itself, checking the fuel pump relay, or diagnosing electrical problems in the fuel pump circuit. A simple button wouldn't solve these mechanical or electrical problems.
