The AC orifice tube (or expansion valve, depending on the system) on a 1994 Lincoln Town Car is located
within the evaporator housing, inside the car's dashboard. It's not easily accessible without significant disassembly of the dashboard and HVAC system. You won't find it visible under the hood.
To access it requires specialized knowledge and tools. It's usually best left to a qualified automotive air conditioning technician.
