The 2007 Chrysler Sebring doesn't have a dedicated power steering filter in the same way that, say, a transmission has one. The power steering system relies on the fluid being cleaned through the system itself and, if needed, through a strainer within the power steering pump. There isn't a separate, replaceable filter element.
Any issues with the power steering system usually involve flushing the fluid and possibly replacing the pump itself if the internal strainer is clogged or damaged.
