Where is the block drain plug for a 2.2l 1995 Chevrolet s-10?

The 2.2L engine in a 1995 Chevrolet S-10 doesn't have a drain plug in the block itself for draining coolant. The coolant is drained from the engine block through the radiator drain petcock (a small valve usually located at the bottom of the radiator). There is also typically a drain cock on the engine block itself, but it is for the engine oil, not coolant.
