- A Phillips head screwdriver
- A flathead screwdriver
- A pry tool
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the battery. This will prevent any electrical damage from occurring while you are working on the stereo.
2. Remove the four screws that hold the stereo in place. These screws are located on the front of the stereo, two on each side.
3. Use the pry tool to carefully pry the stereo out of the dash. Be careful not to damage the dash or the stereo.
4. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the stereo. There may be a release button or lever that you need to press in order to disconnect the harness.
5. Remove the old stereo from the vehicle.
6. Install the new stereo by reversing the steps above.
