Where is the fuse panel located on MCI 9 buses?

On MCI 9 buses the fuse panels are located behind the driver's seat on the driver side. One door panel has to be removed to see the fuse panel, while the other fuse box is located behind a small door located on the passenger side of the driver seat near the bottom.
