Headlight Switch: The headlight switch may be faulty. Try turning the switch on and off a few times to see if the bright lights come on. If not, the switch may need to be replaced.
Bright Light Relay: The bright light relay may be faulty. The relay is usually located in the engine bay. Try replacing the relay to see if the bright lights come on.
