How do you take the drive clutch off a Polaris trailblazer 250?

To remove the drive clutch from a Polaris Trailblazer 250, you will need the following tools:

- 10mm socket

- 12mm socket

- 14mm socket

- Ratchet

- Extension

- Hex key

- Bungee cord

1. Remove the spark plug wire. This will help to prevent the engine from starting accidentally while you are working on it.

2. Remove the clutch cover. The clutch cover is located on the left side of the engine. There are four 10mm bolts holding it in place.

3. Secure the clutch basket with a bungee cord. This will prevent the clutch basket from spinning when you remove the clutch nut.

4. Use a hex key to secure the clutch shaft.

5. Use a 14mm socket to remove the front clutch hub nut.

6. Remove the clutch spider. The clutch spider is located behind the clutch nut.

7. Remove the clutch basket. The clutch basket is located behind the clutch spider. There are three 12mm bolts holding it in place.

8. Remove the drive clutch. The drive clutch is located behind the clutch basket. There are three 10mm bolts holding it in place.

9. Remove the driven clutch. The driven clutch is located on the left side of the ATV, in front of the engine. There are three 12mm bolts holding it in place.

10. Remove the belt. The belt is located between the drive clutch and the driven clutch.
