This is a safety precaution to prevent any electrical accidents.
Step 2: Find a location for the amplifier.
The amplifier should be installed in a cool, dry place with plenty of airflow. It should also be easily accessible for adjustments.
Step 3: Mount the amplifier.
Use the supplied mounting hardware to securely mount the amplifier to the car.
Step 4: Connect the power wires.
Connect the positive power wire from the amplifier to the positive terminal of the car battery. Connect the ground wire from the amplifier to a metal surface on the car that is free of paint or rust.
Step 5: Connect the speaker wires.
Connect the speaker wires from the amplifier to the speakers. Be sure to match the positive and negative terminals on the amplifier and speakers.
Step 6: Connect the RCA cables.
Connect the RCA cables from the amplifier to the RCA outputs on the head unit.
Step 7: Connect the remote turn-on wire.
Connect the remote turn-on wire from the amplifier to the remote turn-on output on the head unit. This wire tells the amplifier to turn on when the head unit is turned on.
Step 8: Turn on the amplifier.
Turn on the amplifier and adjust the gain control until you reach the desired volume level.
Step 9: Reconnect the car battery.
Reconnect the car battery and test the system to make sure it is working properly.
