1. Remove the spark plug wires from the coil pack.
2. Connect the multimeter to the positive and negative terminals of the coil pack.
3. Set the multimeter to read ohms.
4. The resistance reading should be between 0.5 and 1.5 ohms. If the reading is outside of this range, the coil pack is faulty and needs to be replaced.
5. Next, use the spark plug wire tester to check the spark plugs. Insert the spark plug wire tester into the spark plug wire and hold it against the engine block.
6. Start the engine and look for a spark. If there is no spark, the spark plug is faulty and needs to be replaced.
If you have replaced the coil pack and spark plugs and are still having problems, you should take your vehicle to a mechanic for further diagnosis.
