* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A wire stripper
* A pair of pliers
1. Disconnect the battery. This is the most important step, as it will prevent you from getting shocked while working on the electrical system. To disconnect the battery, simply use the wrench to loosen the negative terminal (it's marked with a "-") and then remove the cable.
2. Locate the power outlet. The power outlet is located in the center console, just below the radio.
3. Remove the power outlet assembly. To remove the power outlet assembly, you will need to use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold it in place.
4. Inspect the power outlet. Once you have removed the power outlet assembly, you can inspect it for damage. If the outlet is cracked or damaged, you will need to replace it.
5. Replace the power outlet. If the outlet is damaged, you will need to replace it. To do this, simply connect the new outlet to the wiring harness and then secure it in place with the two screws that you removed in step 3.
6. Test the power outlet. Once you have replaced the power outlet, you should test it to make sure that it is working properly. To do this, simply plug in a device and turn it on. If the device works, then the power outlet is fixed.
7. Reconnect the battery. Once you have tested the power outlet, you can reconnect the battery. To do this, simply place the negative terminal cable back on the battery and tighten the nut.
