Locate the fuse box: It is located under the hood, on the driver's side of the vehicle.
Open the fuse box: There should be a diagram on the inside of the cover that shows the location of each fuse.
Find the fuse for the parking lights: This is usually a 10A fuse that is labeled "Parking" or "P".
Remove the fuse: Use a fuse puller to remove the fuse from its socket.
Connect the DRL kit: The DRL kit should come with a wiring harness that has three wires: red, black, and green. Connect the red wire to the fuse terminal that the parking light fuse was connected to, the black wire to the negative terminal of the battery, and the green wire to a suitable ground point (such as a bolt or screw on the chassis).
Replace the fuse: Put the parking light fuse back into its socket.
Test the DRL kit: Turn on the ignition and the DRL lights should come on.
Be sure to follow any additional instructions that came with your DRL kit.
