The cabin air filter in a 1995 Honda Accord is located behind the glove box. To change the filter, you will need a Phillips head screwdriver and a new cabin air filter.
Instructions
1. Open the glove box.
2. Locate the two screws that hold the cabin air filter cover in place.
3. Remove the screws and take off the cover.
4. Remove the old cabin air filter.
5. Insert the new cabin air filter into the housing, making sure that the arrow on the filter is pointing towards the front of the vehicle.
6. Replace the cover and tighten the screws.
7. Close the glove box.
Tips
- The cabin air filter should be changed every 12,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.
- If you live in a dusty or polluted area, you may need to change the filter more often.
- A new cabin air filter can help to improve the air quality in your vehicle and reduce allergies and asthma symptoms.
