What are the colors for negative and positive speaker wire on a 2006 ford focus?

The speaker wires in a 2006 Ford Focus do not have standard color codes. If the speaker wire color codes are unavailable, you will have to use a multi-meter to test the polarity of the speaker wire. Connect the positive side of the multi-meter to the speaker terminal and the negative side to a metal chassis ground. If the multi-meter reads positive, then that speaker wire is positive.
