2. Look for a small, black sensor with a wire connector coming out of it. This is the throttle position sensor (TPS).

3. The TPS is typically mounted to the side of the throttle body, near the throttle linkage.

4. To remove the TPS, simply disconnect the wire connector and remove the two bolts that hold it in place.
