1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
2. Raise the rear of the vehicle with a jack and place jack stands under the frame for safety.
3. Remove the rear wheels.
4. Remove the differential cover.
5. Remove the pinion nut.
6. Use a bearing puller to remove the differential bearing.
7. Install the new differential bearing.
8. Replace the pinion nut and differential cover.
9. Reinstall the rear wheels.
10. Lower the vehicle from the jack stands.
Note: It's important to use a bearing puller that is specifically designed for the size of the differential bearing. Using the wrong tool could damage the bearing or the differential.
