* Oil filter wrench
* New oil filter (Hyundai OEM #26300-35503)
* 4 quarts of 5W-20 synthetic oil
* Funnel
* Rags
* Oil drain pan
Instructions
1. Park your Santa Fe on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Allow the engine to cool down for a few minutes.
3. Open the hood of your Santa Fe.
4. Locate the oil filter. It is located on the front passenger side of the engine, near the top.
5. Place an oil drain pan under the oil filter.
6. Use an oil filter wrench to loosen the oil filter.
7. Remove the oil filter and discard it.
8. Apply a thin coat of new oil to the gasket of the new oil filter.
9. Screw the new oil filter onto the oil filter adapter until it is snug.
10. Remove the funnel from the oil fill port.
11. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
12. Check the oil level and add more oil if necessary.
13. Close the hood of your Santa Fe.
