2. Follow the hose that leads from the oil filler cap to the PCV valve. The PCV valve is a small, cylindrical-shaped part located on the side of the engine block, near the top.
3. Remove the PCV valve by turning it counterclockwise and pulling it out of the engine block.
4. Inspect the PCV valve for damage or wear. If the PCV valve is damaged or worn, it should be replaced.
5. Install the new PCV valve by pushing it into the engine block and turning it clockwise until it is tightened.
6. Replace the oil filler cap.
