- Open the glove box.
- Press the sides of the glove box inward to release it from the dashboard.
- Pull the glove box down and out to remove it.
2. Remove the old cabin air filter. Once you have removed the glove box, you will see the cabin air filter housing. The filter is held in place by a plastic cover. To remove the cover, push the tabs on the sides of the cover and lift it up.
- Pull the old cabin air filter out of the housing.
3. Install the new cabin air filter. Insert the new cabin air filter into the housing, making sure that the arrow on the filter is pointing down.
- Replace the plastic cover and push the tabs down until they click into place.
4. Replace the glove box. Reinsert the glove box into the dashboard, making sure that the tabs on the sides of the glove box are engaged in the slots in the dashboard.
- Close the glove box.
