2. Locate the thermostat housing. It is a small, round metal housing located on the front of the engine, just below the upper radiator hose.
3. There are two bolts that hold the thermostat housing in place. Remove these bolts using a wrench.
4. Once the bolts are removed, you can remove the thermostat housing and access the thermostat.
5. The thermostat is a small, round, metal disc with a spring-loaded valve in the center. Inspect the thermostat for any signs of damage or wear.
6. If the thermostat is damaged or worn, it should be replaced. To replace the thermostat, simply insert the new thermostat into the housing and secure it with the bolts that you removed earlier.
