How do you switch off a Smart car air bag warning light?

Here is how you can switch off the Smart car’s air bag warning light:

Ensure passengers are not seated in the front seat.

- Turn on the ignition and ensure the engine is running.

- Turn on the hazard lights.

- Insert a paper clip into the fuse box slot marked F79. This slot is usually located in the glove box.

- Push and release the fuse four times.

- This will reset the airbag warning light.

Please note: If the warning light does not reset, or if it comes back on after a short period, it is important to have the car diagnosed and repaired by a qualified mechanic.
