Where do you add transmission fluid to a 1999 Volkswagen Beetle?

The 1999 Volkswagen Beetle does not have a transmission fluid dipstick. The transmission fluid is filled through the drain plug on the transmission pan. The drain plug is located on the bottom of the transmission pan. To add transmission fluid, you will need to remove the drain plug and use a funnel to pour the transmission fluid into the transmission.
