Step 1: Assemble the Frame

- Fit the exhaust pipe to the engine exhaust port and tighten the bolts.
- Connect the other end of the exhaust pipe to the muffler.
- Secure the exhaust system with the provided mounts.
Step 6: Install the Chain and Sprockets
- Place the front and rear sprockets on their respective shafts.
- Position the chain over the sprockets, ensuring the proper alignment of teeth.
- Adjust the chain tension by moving the rear wheel until there's a slight slack. Tighten the rear axle to secure the chain tension.
Step 7: Install Seat, Handlebars, and Grips
- Attach the seat to the frame according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Install the handlebars onto the forks and secure them with the provided bolts.
- Fit the grips onto the handlebars.
Step 8: Install Battery and Wiring
- Connect the wiring according to the wiring diagram provided by the manufacturer.
- Attach the battery if required and connect the positive and negative terminals.
- Check the connections to make sure they are tight and secure.
Step 9: Install Throttle, Brake, and Clutch Levers
- Install the throttle, brake, and clutch levers onto the handlebars.
- Adjust the levers for comfortable operation and check that they move smoothly.
- Connect the brake lines and ensure proper brake functionality.
Step 10: Final Checks and Test
- Double-check all connections, bolts, nuts, and wiring.
- Fill the fuel tank with a recommended fuel mixture for two-stroke engines.
- Start the engine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Test the throttle response, brakes, and other controls to ensure they work properly.
