Park the vehicle in a safe location.
Turn off the engine and lights.
Locate and press both of the release tabs on the plastic trim piece beneath the steering wheel.
Gently pull the trim piece downward to release it from the mounting clips.
Set the trim piece aside carefully so that it does not get damaged.
Locate the two screws holding the instrument cluster bezel in place. These screws are located directly above the steering wheel opening.
Remove the two screws using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
Grip the instrument cluster bezel with one hand and gently pull it toward the front of the vehicle. The bezel should come loose from its mounting clips.
Set the instrument cluster bezel aside carefully.
Locate the three screws holding the light housing in place. These screws are located near the upper right and left corners of the light housing.
Remove the three screws using a Phillips-head screwdriver.
Pull the light housing straight out to release it from the dash mount.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the back of the light housing by grasping the plastic connector and gently pulling it away.
Replace the light bulb if needed by grasping the old light bulb with one hand and gently turning it counterclockwise. Insert the new light bulb by turning it clockwise until it is secure.
Reattach the electrical connector to the back of the light housing.
Insert the light housing back into the dash mount.
Secure the light housing with the three screws that you removed earlier.
Replace the instrument cluster bezel.
Secure the instrument cluster bezel with the two screws that you removed earlier.
Replace the plastic trim piece beneath the steering wheel.
Press down on the trim piece until it snaps back into place.
