1. Locate the fuel filter. The fuel filter is located under the vehicle, near the fuel tank. It is a cylindrical-shaped object with two fuel lines connected to it.
2. Disconnect the fuel lines. There are two fuel lines connected to the fuel filter. Use a wrench to loosen the fuel line nuts and disconnect them from the filter.
3. Remove the fuel filter. Once the fuel lines are disconnected, you can remove the fuel filter by unscrewing it from the fuel line assembly.
4. Inspect the fuel filter. Check the fuel filter for any dirt or debris. If the filter is dirty, it should be replaced.
5. Install a new fuel filter. Screw the new fuel filter into the fuel line assembly. Hand-tighten the filter until it is snug, then use the wrench to tighten it further.
6. Reattach the fuel lines. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel filter and tighten the fuel line nuts.
7. Start the vehicle. Start the vehicle and check for any leaks. If there are no leaks, the fuel filter replacement is complete.
