1. First, make sure that you have completed all of the other Chrome missions.
2. Once you have completed all of the other Chrome missions, you will need to go to the Chrome missions headquarters.
3. At the Chrome missions headquarters, you will need to talk to the agent who is in charge of the Car Rod redline.
4. The agent will give you a code that you will need to enter into the console of the Car Rod redline.
5. Once you have entered the code into the console, the Car Rod redline will be unlocked and you will be able to use it in Chrome missions.
