The fuel filter in a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme is located under the rear of the vehicle, near the fuel tank. To replace the fuel filter, you will need to:

1. Remove the gas cap and relieve the fuel system pressure by pressing the Schrader valve on the fuel injection rail.

2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

3. Locate the fuel filter. It is a cylindrical-shaped object with two fuel lines attached to it.

4. Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel filter. Be careful not to spill any fuel.

5. Remove the old fuel filter.

6. Install the new fuel filter. Make sure the arrow on the fuel filter is pointing in the direction of fuel flow.
