1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Allow the engine to cool down.
3. Locate the oil pan. It is usually a metal pan located under the engine.
4. Look for the oil drain plug. It is usually a 17mm bolt located on the bottom of the oil pan.
Once you have located the oil drain bolt, you will need to:
1. Place an oil drain pan under the oil drain bolt.
2. Use a wrench to loosen the oil drain bolt. Be careful not to drop the bolt into the oil pan.
3. Allow the oil to drain completely into the oil drain pan.
4. Replace the oil drain bolt and tighten it securely.
Note: It is important to replace the oil drain bolt gasket when replacing the oil drain bolt. This will help prevent leaks.
