1. Locate the fuel injectors. They are located on the top of the engine, near the intake manifold.
2. Remove the fuel injector harness. It is the electrical connector that plugs into the top of each injector.
3. Use a multimeter to test the resistance of each injector. The resistance should be between 12 and 15 ohms.
4. If the resistance is not within specifications, replace the injector.
5. Reinstall the fuel injector harness.
Here are some additional tips for checking fuel injectors:
- If you don't have a multimeter, you can also check the fuel injectors by listening for a clicking sound when you turn the key to the "ON" position. If you don't hear a clicking sound, the injector may be clogged or faulty.
- You can also check the fuel injectors by spraying a small amount of starter fluid into the intake manifold. If the engine starts, it means that the fuel injectors are working properly.
I hope this helps!
