- Reinstall the cylinder head bolts, tightening them gradually and in the specified sequence as per the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Follow the recommended tightening torque specifications.
11. Reinstall Timing Belt and Cover:
- Reinstall the timing belt and tensioner, ensuring proper tension as specified in the repair manual.
- Reattach the timing belt cover.
12. Reinstall Intake and Exhaust Manifolds:
- Reinstall the intake and exhaust manifolds, reattaching all necessary components, hoses, and sensors.
13. Refill Coolant and Oil:
- Refill the coolant system with fresh coolant and bleed any trapped air.
- Refill the engine with new oil.
14. Reconnect Battery and Start Engine:
- Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
- Check for any leaks or unusual noises.
