The helicopter magnet power-up in Happy Wheels is not located under helicopter man. Instead, it is available to all flying vehicles as a random loot crate drop.

When activated, it will pull nearby magnetic objects such as cars, barrels, and even other vehicles towards it. By default, the button to perform such an action is Q.
