1. Park the quad on a level surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the oil drain plug on the bottom of the engine crankcase.
The drain plug is a 17mm bolt located on the bottom of the engine, slightly to the front of the center of the engine.
3. Place an oil drain pan under the drain plug.
4. Use a 17mm wrench to loosen the oil drain plug. Be careful not to drop the bolt into the oil pan.
5. Allow the oil to drain completely from the engine. This may take a few minutes.
6. Replace the drain plug and tighten it securely.
7. Dispose of the old oil properly.
