1. Park the motorcycle and turn off the engine. Allow the engine to cool.
2. Locate the seat latch at the base of the seat, just below the front edge of the rider's seat.
3. Insert the key into the latch and turn it counterclockwise.
4. Lift the seat up and off the motorcycle. Be careful not to drop the seat.
5. To reinstall the seat, simply place it back on the motorcycle and push down until it clicks into place.
