Tools Needed:
- Socket set
- Wrench set
- Screwdriver set
- Oil filter wrench
- Spark plug wrench
- Torque wrench
- Funnel
Parts Needed:
- Oil filter
- Spark plugs
- Air filter
- Fuel filter
- Brake fluid
- Clutch fluid
Instructions:
1. Oil Change
- Warm up the motorcycle and turn it off.
- Place an oil pan under the drain plug.
- Remove the drain plug and allow the oil to drain.
- Replace the drain plug and tighten it to the specified torque.
- Remove the oil filter and replace it with a new one.
- Fill the engine with the specified amount of oil.
2. Spark Plug Replacement
- Remove the spark plugs.
- Inspect the spark plugs and replace them if they are worn or damaged.
- Install the new spark plugs and tighten them to the specified torque.
3. Air Filter Replacement
- Remove the air filter cover.
- Remove the air filter and inspect it.
- Replace the air filter if it is dirty or damaged.
- Reinstall the air filter cover.
4. Fuel Filter Replacement
- Follow the fuel line to locate the fuel filter.
- Use a fuel line disconnect tool to remove the fuel line from both ends of the filter.
- Remove the fuel filter.
- Install the new fuel filter and reconnect the fuel line.
5. Brake Fluid Change
- Remove the brake fluid reservoir cap.
- Use a turkey baster to remove the old brake fluid from the reservoir.
- Fill the reservoir with new brake fluid.
- Repeat this process for the rear brake fluid reservoir.
6. Clutch Fluid Change
- Remove the clutch fluid reservoir cap.
- Use a turkey baster to remove the old clutch fluid from the reservoir.
- Fill the reservoir with new clutch fluid.
7. Final Inspection
- Check all of the fluid levels and top them off as needed.
- Check the tire pressure and adjust it if necessary.
- Inspect the motorcycle for any signs of damage or wear.
