A boost bottle kit, which includes:
• Boost bottle
• Nipples
• Hose
• Clamps
• Mounting bracket
A drill
A 1/4-inch bit
A 3/8-inch bit
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and then mount the boost bottle in place using the provided bracket.
2. Reconnect the fuel line on the boost bottle’s outlet and the vacuum fitting (located on the airbox) to the inlet on the boost bottle with the supplied vacuum tubing.
3. Drill a ¼-inch hole in the carburetor float bowl using the drill bit, this is going to serve as a return for excess fuel as the float closes off from being filled. Attach nipple provided in fuel injection kits to it with appropriate clamp and run excess fuel line (provided in same fuel injector kits) from that nipple/hole into the boost bottle. Do not connect it on nipple for vacuum hose!
