2001-2009 Volvo S60 models:

- Turbo models: 60,000 miles (96,561 km) or 4 years

- Non-turbo models: 100,000 miles (160,934 km) or 7 years

2010 and newer Volvo S60 models:

- All models: 100,000 miles (160,934 km) or 7 years

Note: These intervals are for normal driving conditions. More frequent spark plug replacement may be required if the vehicle is driven in severe conditions, such as in dusty or salty environments, or if the engine is modified. It is also recommended to replace the spark plugs when replacing the timing belt.
