There is no resistor switch on the heater of a VW Caddy. Instead, the heater uses a resistor pack that is located behind the dashboard. To access it, you must first remove the glove compartment and then the HVAC control panel. Once the panel is removed, you will see the resistor pack on the right side of the HVAC housing.
