The fuse box for a VW Golf MK4 is located on the driver's side of the car, behind the dashboard. To access the fuse box, follow these steps:
1. Open the driver's side door.
2. Locate the small, black plastic cover on the lower left side of the dashboard.
3. Use your fingers or a small pry tool to remove the cover.
