How do you change a light bulb in Vauxhall Astra?

To change a light bulb in Vauxhall Astra, follow these steps:

Front Headlights

1. Open the hood. Pull the hood release lever located inside the car, near the driver’s left foot. Open the hood.

2. Remove the rubber cap or access cover. This will expose the rear of the headlight assembly.

3. Locate the bulb holder. Twist the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it.

4. Remove the old bulb. Press the metal tab on the side of the bulb holder to release the old bulb. Pull the bulb straight out of the holder.

5. Install the new bulb. Insert the new bulb into the holder, making sure that the metal tab is engaged.

6. Reinstall the bulb holder. Rotate the bulb holder clockwise until it is snug.

7. Replace the rubber cap.

8. Close the Hood

Brake Light

1. Open the trunk of your Vauxhall Astra.

2. Locate the taillight assembly. It is the red plastic cover on the back of the car, on either side.

3. Remove the two screws that hold the taillight assembly in place.

4. Pull the taillight assembly out of the car.

5. Locate the bulb holder. It is the black plastic part that holds the bulb in place.

6. Twist the bulb holder counterclockwise to remove it.

7. Remove the old bulb by pulling it straight out of the holder.

8. Insert the new bulb into the holder.

9. Reinstall the bulb holder by twisting it clockwise until it is snug.

10. Reinstall the taillight assembly by inserting it into the car and securing it with the two screws.

11. Close the trunk of your Vauxhall Astra.
