Ensure the tractor is on a level surface and the front end loader or three point hitch is fully lowered.
Locate the hydraulic fluid dipstick, usually labeled, on the side of the tractor.
Use a paper towel or clean cloth to wipe around the dipstick opening. This helps to prevent debris from entering the reservoir when checking the fluid level.
Pull the dipstick out and observe the fluid level. It should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on dipstick.
If the fluid level is low, slowly add recommended fluid through the dipstick hole until it reaches the "Full" mark. If the fluid level is significantly low, inspect the hydraulic system for any leaks.
Once the fluid level has been reached, reinsert the dipstick into the dipstick hole and secure it.
